Refunds for Delayed Service Request
If we are unable to deliver your service request within the agreed-upon time frame, we offer the possibility of a refund.
Refunds for Product not to specification
If a product is reported not to be performing to specification, we will take reasonable measures to amend the product in a timely manner. If we are unable to fix the product, we offer the possibility of a refund that takes into account the time the product was successfully used for. For information products, due to their nature, we offer no refunds once order is delivered.
Once we start working on a service request, cancellation of the order is not possible. However, depending on the circumstances, we may consider stopping the work and providing you with a refund.
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or in extreme circumstances, an alternate payment method bearing the same credentials. The refund process may take several days. Please note that we only offer refunds for delays caused by our team or a fault in our product. A refund fee to cover processing costs may apply depending on the payment method employed.
